I want to tell you how good the people at Advantage Physical Therapy are. As a physician I think of competence, communication, and compassion as essential elements in treating people for medical problems. I speak from personal experience when I say that these good people far exceeded any of my expectations along all three dimensions.
I’ve also recommended them to other people I’ve met who were in need of therapy, and I’ve had nothing but glowing reports back from these friends. Thus, both from personal experience, as well as good friends’ experiences, I can give a loud and heartfelt endorsement of these able, compassionate, and good people for anyone who is in need of their services.
Many years ago I was told by my doctor after having rotator cuff surgery that I was to go for PT and that I should be under Estee Saylor’s supervision. My experience was great and to this day I have to remember which shoulder it was that I had surgery and PT on.
Since that time I have followed Ron and Estee for PT on my lower back, post-op knee surgery, and ankle injury. I sincerely do not believe that I could have gotten better care anywhere– my results have returned to my “pre-problem” status. Actually, my results have been beyond excellent.
I truly admire Ron and Estee for their quality of care, great problem solving, and the friendliness of their of their wonderful staff. I have been so fortunate to have been introduced to such wonderful, more than competent people. As a bonus Estee does enjoy training and I have been lucky enough to train with her. She has had an uncanny knack for keeping my osteo-arthritis manageable. Her deep knowledge of physical therapy has been a blessing that has allowed me to continue living a productive and highly functional life. I cannot recommend these good people enough for both physical therapy and training.
I, Col. Bob Waller (age 80), have been in excellent shape the majority of my life. I have played college and military football and have been an active athlete. As I have aged, arthritis has attacked my body leaving me to the point I could barely walk due to severe low back, hip, knee, and ankle pain. I have been advised surgery is the option for me to get better, but I chose another route. I was referred to Advantage Physical Therapy to try conservative treatment. I have been doing aquatic therapy 3x/ week including walking on their underwater treadmill, and this group of therapists have made more of a positive impact on my mobility, pain levels, and general function than any place I have ever been. They have kept me out of surgery and I attribute my longevity and improved life quality to Ron, Estee, Christy, and the staff at Advantage. I know my arthritis is not going to improve, but they keep me moving and feeling younger than when I first began therapy here. I believe I owe my ongoing mobility, energy levels, and overall positive health to the staff at Advantage Physical Therapy, and I highly recommend them to everyone I know suffering from debilitation arthritis, balance issues, general weakness, and debility. Thank you all so much for keeping an old Army Colonel feeling younger and more active!
I was fortunate enough to see Ron and Estee’s practice firsthand as a Physical Therapy student before ever choosing Advantage as a patient following my ACL repair. Ron and Estee work tirelessly to advance their knowledge beyond that of an average physical therapist, and this advanced knowledge is evident in their daily practice. Their commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered practice are two of the many reasons that Advantage was the first practice I thought of when I needed physical therapy, and Ron and Estee have advanced their education even further since I saw them last year. I am quite happy with my decision, and I would not hesitate to recommend Advantage Physical Therapy to any of my friends, family, or colleagues. Their fellowship training in orthopedic manual therapy techniques are second to none and I am happy to have been associated with them as a student and patient.
Sherry and I would like to thank you and your staff for the excellent treatment we both received when visiting your facilities. We were particularly impressed with the warm welcome we received, the professionalism of the treatments, and the genuine concern expressed by you and your associates.
This is the first time we’ve sought PT before consulting our family doctor, and we’ve come to realize there are times when the PT route is the better choice. Going back to the time when i broke my shoulder and Sherry was having balance problems, we’ve come to trust your judgment and your treatment recommendations completely.
Thank you for taking such good care of us. We wish you the best in your future!
